Long-Standing Search Firm Coleman Lew Selects Noël Humphreys As Partner

Charlotte, N.C.  (April 15, 2009)--Kenneth D. Carrick, Jr., partner-managing director of Coleman Lew & Associates, Inc., a national executive search firm, announced the selection of Noël C. Humphreys as its 10th partner with the 30-year-old company. Humphreys's executive search practice encompasses a variety of industries including non-profit and health care organizations.

According to Carrick, "Noël has more than 20 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, recruiter, and businesswoman. Her experience and skills are great assets to our firm's leadership team and her talents greatly benefit our clients as well."

Humphreys is actively involved in civic and community affairs serving on the Board of Directors for Charlotte South Rotary and the Carolinas Advisory Board for Citizen Schools.  She also volunteers with Lifespan Farm-Therapeutic Riding Center, Room in the Inn and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce among others.

A graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Humphreys began her career recruiting managerial talent for an international firm. She then founded and operated a printing company, All Type Graphics & Design, Inc., for more than fifteen years. Following the sale of her company, she served as Director of Placement for Charlotte-based King's College. Humphreys joined Coleman Lew & Associates in 2007. She resides in Charlotte with her two children.
