Client is a global manufacturer of commercial play systems and recreational equipment and accessories.

The CFO will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a core member of a lean top management team. This position will recruit, lead, and motivate a strong finance team; lead, manage, and maintain financial policies and procedures; and oversee internal control processes and compliance issues. The CFO will direct the preparation and issuance of financial projections and results for the consolidated entity and its subsidiaries.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years progressive financial experience including controllership or treasury and CFO positions in a $200+ million organization. Experience in a leveraged environment is a plus.
