Chief Financial Officer
Client is a rural telephone cooperative providing basic telephone service and enhanced services to the members.
The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO who in turn reports to the Board of Directors. Reporting to the CFO will be a department of three employees. The primary responsibility for the Chief Financial Officer will be to provide leadership to, and drive, the finance department's vision and direction in alignment with overall business strategies. This individual will lead and guide the balance of the finance function's core disciplines throughout the Cooperative.
The position requires financial, strategic, and analysis experience in a corporate environment with CPA certification and/or MBA desirable.
