Client is an NCAA Division II conference comprised of nine colleges and universities.

The Commissioner will report to the Council of Presidents and serve as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the President's Council, Faculty Representatives, Athletic Directors, and all other Conference Committees. In addition, the Commissioner serves as the Conference treasurer. Functioning as the Chief Administrative Officer, the responsibilities of the Commissioner include providing strategic and operational leadership to all staff and conference members in the areas of marketing, promotion, publicity, athletic operations, financial matters, NCAA relations and compliance.

The successful candidate will be committed to the values embodied by the NCAA Division II athletics, and have a proven record of successful leadership and managerial experience.
