Client is a large broad-based business and industry trade association representing more than 7,000 member companies and 500,000 member employees.

The President will be responsible for all association activities including the development and coordination of the annual business plan; organizational design, structure, and procedures; motivation of volunteers; income and expenditures; maintenance of membership; employment, training and leadership of staff; development and interpretation of policy; and development of management to a long range plan. The President will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Candidates must demonstrate compelling leadership and strategic vision; senior experience in business and government; political savvy; the ability to grow membership; and the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
