Client is a $650 million independent distributor that operates 159 branches and employs over 2300 professionals.

The position reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the CFO, Regional Vice Presidents, Corporate Controller, Area Managers, and other top officers. The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for the supervision of all human resource department employees.

The position requires 15 years of progressive leadership experience in human resource positions along with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.
