Vice President of Operations
Client is a Catholic liberal arts college located near a large southeastern metropolitan area.
The VP of Operations reports to the President, is a member of the Executive Management Team, and serves as a key advisor on issues of operations and the business side of the college. The VP of Operations is the Chief Operating Officer for the college. This individual will be accountable for the timely, efficient, and effective management of all day-to-day business processes and procedures including, but not limited to, HR, IT, facilities management, bookstore, internal management reporting, and dining management.
Requirements for this position include, first and foremost, an understanding of and belief in the Catholic mission of the college. Additionally, the individual must have a strong financial background with proven experience in managing operational functions.
