Coleman Lew & Associates Acquires Gold Consulting, LLC
Charlotte's Longest-Standing Executive Search Firm Expands Its Service Delivery With Second Acquisition in Six Months
Charlotte, N.C. (July 23, 2007) - Ken Carrick, managing partner of Coleman Lew & Associates, Inc., a national executive search firm, announced the recent acquisition of Gold Consulting, LLC, a Gainesville, Fla.-based organizational development firm, and appointment of its principal E. Scott Golden as partner.
According to Carrick, "Scott's organizational skills and expertise in leadership development and executive coaching will greatly enhance the range of services offered by our firm. Consequently, we are able to provide our clients with a broader range of services including executive search, executive assessment, early integration coaching, leadership development and ongoing executive coaching support."
An undergraduate of Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and holder of a Master of Science degree from Millano Graduate School of Management at New School University in New York City, Golden is currently seeking his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology through Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn. He founded his own organizational development consulting firm in 1999. Most recently, Golden served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development during the start up phase of Square 1 Bank in Research Triangle Park prior to joining Coleman Lew & Associates this year.
The acquisition of Gold Consulting, LLC follows the earlier acquisition of LaValle Associates in Winston-Salem, N.C. Today, the Coleman Lew organization has a total of nine partners plus a team of consultants and associates.
